Food trucks are rolling into Naperville. Some of the area’s most sought after food trucks will be dishing up their fan favorites at the WDSRA Food Truck Festival 3-6PM Sunday, September 29 at the Riverwalk Grand Pavilion.
This event is all about food, music and fun. Besides dishing up everything from spicy empanadas to gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, there will be music and entertainment for every age. There will be a DJ, a clown and face painting as well as a playground and inflatables to run, jump and slide on. All of this adds up to one fantastic afternoon of family fun.

We are inviting the whole community! But let me share an insider tip with you… register online ahead of time for early entry. That’s right. You can get to all the food trucks before the general population simply by registering at www.wdsra.com before September 27. You’ll receive early admission at 2:30PM. This gives you a fast track to your favorite food trucks. And new this year, by registering ahead of time, you will be entered to win a $25 gift card to Toasty Cheese.
You may be wondering why a food truck event for WDSRA. We think this is the perfect way to thank everyone who supports WDSRA’s community-based recreation for individuals with special needs. It is a thank you to the amazing people who open their hearts to families with special needs every day. And we want you to be a part of it.
The event takes place 3-6PM Sunday, September 29 at the Riverwalk Grand Pavilion, 912 Sindt Ct., Naperville (in back of the Centennial Beach parking lot). Food Trucks include: Cupcakes for Courage, Gnarly Knots, Grumpy Gaucho, Happy Lobster, My Funnel Truck, Pizza Puff Truck, Roaming Hog, Taco Grill and Toasty Cheese. Admission is $2/person. Food truck cost is at your own expense. This is a wrist band event. Register at www.wdsra.com. Register online by September 27 for early admission at 2:30PM.
