At approximately 12:50PM on Sunday, August 4, Naperville Police Department officers responded to the area of Whispering Hills Dr. and Jefferson Ave. for a report of an armed robbery that had just occurred.
Upon arrival, it was determined that two offenders approached a stopped silver Jeep then one of the offenders displayed a small handgun and took an undisclosed amount of money from the passengers of the Jeep.
The offenders in this incident are described as the following: Suspect #1, black male 5’09” to 5’11” with hazel eyes last seen wearing a sweatshirt with jeans and possessing a handgun; Suspect #2, black male 6’01” to 6’3” last seen wearing dark pants. Both suspects were last seen running west bound from the scene to the rear of 1505 W. Jefferson.
