The 7,500 square-foot Italian eatery and market will open its doors this spring at CityGate Centre, adjacent to Hotel Arista, at 2155 CityGate Lane in Naperville.
Inspired by the slang expression used in Italy when discovering something awesome, Che Figata is passionately rooted in honest food and a truly engaging experience.
Characterized by its simple preparation and authentic ingredients, Che Figata’s fresh, seasonal fare is designed to spark conversation and share communal excitement for delicious food.
Chef Mark Grimes’ mouthwatering menu includes carefully crafted homemade pastas, artisanal Roman-style pizzas, a few twists on Chicago classics, rustic dishes from the wood-burning grill, intense house-made gelatos and indulgent after-dinner treats.
The restaurant’s robust wine list, featuring over 100 amazing varietals, spotlights Italy’s best vineyards stemming from key winemaking regions and high-quality, family-owned estates that value deep connections to their vineyards and regional traditions. Craft and barrel-aged cocktails and house-made limoncellos marry beautiful classic and Italian flavors, rounding out the impressive beverage program with an impressive elevated flare true to the cultural experience.

Outfitted with some of the finest cooking equipment in the world, including a Grillwork wood-fired grill and rotisserie, a live fire Woodstone pizza oven and Hestan “French Top” ranges, Che Figata is a feast for all the senses. Expansive outdoor seating will be available in warmer months.
