All day on December 31, 2012, folks met friends at Quigley’s Irish Pub in downtown Naperville in advance of 6PM in order to welcome in the New Year at Dublin time. By 4:30PM, a long line of hopefuls stood patiently outside on the patio waiting for entry as the popular time to celebrate the beginning of the New Year had attracted a pub full of patrons.

While the Dubliners and visitors celebrated at an outdoor concert featuring pyrotechnics, special effects and live performances in the capital of Ireland, Cirrus Falcon took center stage at Quigley’s and a champagne toast gave revelers reasons to countdown with enthusiastic cheers and horn blowing.
As is tradition, Quigley’s was closed up by 8PM on New Year’s Eve, in time for its staff to welcome in the New Year at Midnight CST.
Slainte! Happy New Year!
Enjoy live bands Thursdays through Saturdays, special events, fundraisers, political candidate “meet and greets” and, of course, camaraderie at Quigley’s all year long.
Located in the historic Jefferson Hill Shops at the entrance to North Central College in downtown Naperville, the pub is a popular neighborhood meeting place for lunch and dinner, too.
