The Naperville VFW “All You Can Eat” Fish Fry is open to the public every Friday from 4:30 to 7:30PM now through March 30 at the Judd Kendall VFW, 908 W. Jackson St., Naperville. The buffet menu varies, but attendees can expect eight hot items, including two kinds of fish, chicken, salad and vegetables, plus rolls, desert and coffee, all of which are included in the dinner price. The buffet is provided by Belgio’s Catering. A full menu is available at www.napervfw3873.org. A full bar is also available. Students in grades 9-12 will participate in the 2018 Young Adult H.S. Art Contest – an event offered by the Naperville Woman’s Club since the 1960s. Kiwanis Pancake Festival Fundraiser – 7AM | $8

The Kiwanis Club of Naperville presents the 63rd annual Kiwanis Pancake Festival in partnership with Loaves & Fishes Community Services. All proceeds benefit Loaves & Fishes and 25 local charities. The event features an all-you-can-eat pancakes and sausage meal, entertainment by Jr. High Bands, a food drive, raffles, children’s area with DuPage Children’s Museum and an online auction of unique experiences including lunch with Mayor Chirico, chance to be a rib tasting Judge at Ribfest and a Hidden Key Escape room adventure. Richard Hannay, a man with a boring life meets a mysterious woman spy with a thick accent. When he takes her home, she is murdered. Start with breakfast from 10AM to Noon at Quigley’s Irish Pub on Saturdays and Sundays.  And stay for the live bands beginning at noon throughout St. Patrick’s Day.

Celebrate with the West Suburban Irish and friends with Quiz NIghts on the first Tuesday of most months and during a “session” of traditional Irish tunes on the third Wednesday of the month at Quigley’s.

And on that note, thanks for supporting live music such as the sounds of sessions (the third Wednesday of the month) and bands at Quigley’s Irish Pub (Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays) or local bands at Club Mamalu’s on the first Friday of the month with OMT lite and friends. No cover.
