Visit Naperville – Boardroom meeting space

-

The constant need for meeting space, big and small, has us relishing the incredible variety of meeting space encompassed in Naperville. Not to be overlooked, local boardroom spaces offer the perfect intimate setting for small groups and have a multitude of offerings and amenities to keep you focused and productive.

The boardroom setup is useful for so many applications but has a uniquely “business” undertone to the space, often the exact type of space needed for a Board of Directors, team meeting, working lunch, video conference, or project brainstorming session. These dedicated meeting rooms with TV/AV for presentations, internet access, whiteboards and amenities have everything you need to keep your attention on the issues at hand.

Hotels like the Marriott, Embassy Suites, and Hotel Arista are not only great locations for a luxury stay, they offer boardroom space with full-service amenities and catering. They’re particularly convenient if you need a breakout from a bigger meeting, a place to do business while you stay, or if you’re a local company in need of off-site privacy or extra space for a meeting. These hotels handle everything, all you have to do is show up.

The Best Western’s preset boardroom fits ten people with a mounted flat-screen TV and allows outside catering to be brought in. Other hotels with boardroom space that similarly allow outside catering include the Hampton Inn and the Holiday Inn Express, perfect if you are looking for flexibility.

Outside the hotel scene, both Northern Illinois University and North Central College offer refined, private boardroom spaces that seat 15-16 in executive chairs. Equipped for conference calls, presentations, or video conferencing, you can get all your business done here and have catering available on site or use an option to bring your own.

Many of our restaurants like Hugo’s, Vai’s and Biaggi’s also have business-friendly meeting space and would love to accommodate you.

These “boardroom” choices are just a sample of the endless meeting venue choices in Naperville. Let the experienced staff at the Naperville CVB help find the perfect venue for your group, save you time, and make planning seamless!
