NAPERVILLE CRIME STOPPERS are offering up to a $1,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible for the armed robbery that occurred at the Subway restaurant located at 2048 Aurora Ave., Naperville, Illinois, on the evening of Sept. 30, 2021.
The Naperville Police Department responded to the incident on Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021, at 9:07PM. The preliminary investigation indicated that the suspect entered the business, displayed a knife, and stole an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency prior to fleeing on a bicycle. The Subway employees were not injured.
The suspect, image at right, was described as a male, Black, thin build, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with white logo on the chest, gray sweatpants, black/white gym shoes, camouflage bandana, dark gloves, armed with a knife.
