Naperville’s April 29 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting will be held virtually

Above / Speaker registration and written materials must be submitted by the specified dates and times. For instance, members of the public may submit written comments to be included in the Naperville PZC meeting agenda packet to planning@naperville.il.us by 5PM on Wed., April 22. 

Naperville’s next Planning and Zoning Commission meeting will be conducted using Zoom Webinar technology at 7PM on Wed., April 29.

Public viewing will be available on WCNC (Ch. 6 – WOW, Ch. 10 – Comcast, Ch. 99 – AT&T) or online at https://naperville.legistar.com

Individuals interested in providing comment during the meeting should use the Planning and Zoning Commission’s online speaker sign-up form at www.naperville.il.us/pzcspeaker to submit a comment, oppose or support a specific topic or agenda item, or provide live public comment, testimony or cross-examination of witnesses during the meeting. Comments and positions submitted online will be read into the public record and become part of the meeting minutes.

Online sign-up runs 5PM April 24 through 5PM April 29

Online sign-up will open once the agenda is published at 5PM on Friday, April 24, and will close at 5PM on Wednesday, April 29, at which time no other speakers or comments will be accepted.

Members of the public may submit written comments to be included in the agenda packet to planning@naperville.il.us by 5PM on Wed., April 22. Submissions received after 5PM on April 22 will be shared with the Commission, but will not be included in the packet or posted online. For more details, visit www.naperville.il.us/pzc.

Submissions such as a PowerPoint, photographs or reports which are relevant to a public comment or public hearing should be sent electronically to planning@naperville.il.us by 10PM on Fri., April 24.

Individuals who sign up to speak during the live meeting by 5PM on April 29 will receive an email from the City Clerk’s office after the sign-up time ends with information about how to join the meeting. Any individual who would prefer to listen to the meeting by telephone or who may require an accommodation to listen or participate in the meeting should contact the City Clerk’s Office by 5PM on April 29 by calling (630) 305-5300.

The agenda packet will be posted on Fri., April 24, and Petitioner presentations will be available to view by Mon., April 27, at www.naperville.il.us/pzc and https://naperville.legistar.com.
