Catch 35 introduces newly-crafted menu with fresh take on seafood and steaks

-

Above / Catch 35, located at 35 S. Washington Street just steps from the Van Buren Parking Facility in downtown Naperville, recently introduced a new menu.

Catch 35 Naperville, voted best seafood in Naperville, has revamped its menu to feature new dishes developed by Chef Eddie Sweeney. Chef’s approach is all about putting together unique flavor forward dishes with the freshest ingredients available.

Staying true to its roots, Catch 35’s new take on seafood and steaks highlight sweet, sour, and spicy tastes with an Asian flair. The menu is broken into three main sections—Chilled, The Catch and The Farm.

The newly-crafted menu offers a variety of seafood and fresh-from-the-farm options that appeal to all types of appetites.  Fan favorites on the menu have been enhanced; furthermore, the seasonal ingredients will highlight the specials menu from month to month and during the holiday season.

Chef Eddie Sweeney’s newly-crafted menu offers a fresh culinary experience at Catch 35.
