WGN Morning News will broadcast live from the Dandelion Fountain on the Riverwalk on from 6-10AM with a made-for-TV-parade stepping off around 9AM. Lots of live music and fun.


Public Naperville Trolley Tours every Friday!

NOTE – Tours will meet at JACKSON AVE & WEST STREET (By Centennial Beach) due to the #WGN Parade on Friday, July 12.

One-Hour Historic Trolley Tour of Naperville! Every Friday at 11AM during June, July, and August. (no tour on 8/16). $18 per person. Children’s 30 minute Trolley ride! Every Friday at 10:15AM during June, July, and August (not available on 8/16). $8 per person. Trolley Tours meet at the “Trolley Stop” on Jackson Avenue at Eagle Street (Kiddie corner from address of 305 Jackson Ave., Naperville). Online tickets at napervilletrolley.com.


‘The Little Mermaid’ opens at 7:30PM for 6-performance run at Pfeiffer Hall.

Visitors will quadruple their fun in this partnership of programming with hands-on craft activities along with storytelling provided by the DuPage Childrens Museum, Naper Settlement, Knoch Knolls Nature Center and the Naperville Public Library. Held at the Knoch Knolls Nature Center, 320 Knoch Knolls Road.

Centennial Beach is Open – 11AM  | Membership cost varies with age
Centennial Beach – 500 W. Jackson Ave. Naperville, IL 60540
Weather permitting, Centennial Beach is now open daily for the season. Alert! Adult float is every Saturday and Sunday, 9AM to 10:55AM.

Casey’s Foods fires up the grill on Saturdays and Sundays – 11AM–2PM | Cost varies with purchase
Casey’s Foods – 124 W Gartner Rd, Naperville, IL 60540
Casey’s Foods located at Naperville Plaza will be firing up its grill every Saturday and Sunday from 11AM to 2PM through October, weather permitting. Choose from a variety of options, including burgers, brats, tacos or the weekly special. Add a dollar and get chips and a drink. It’s great food, at a good price, in a fun atmosphere.

The 8th Annual Naperville Lustgarten Pancreatic Cancer Walk will raise awareness, increase research funding, and honor everyone impacted by the disease. 100% of the proceeds goes towards pancreatic cancer research.

National Concert Band Convention will wrap up its stay with an outdoor performance in Central Park. The public is invited.

On Sept. 14, Operation Support Our Troops-America, will bring Over the Edge to Hotel Arista in CityGate Centre. Partnering with Over the Edge Global, OSOT-America and its participants will be rappelling down the side of the hotel to raise funds and awareness for the OSOT-America mission. Naperville Municipal Band Concerts & Y Family Movies Nights in Central Park

Naperville Municipal Band celebrates its 160th year during its annual summer concert series at 7:30PM Thursday evenings through Aug. 15, 2019.  Admission is free of charge. Strike up the band that’s been here quite some time!

YMCA presents its outdoor family summer movie series in Central Park. Admission is free of charge. Next up enjoy “Sweet Life of Pete” on Sat., July 27, “Incredibles 2” on Fri., Aug. 9, and “Aquaman” on Fri., Aug. 23.
