‘Overdose Prevention Bystander Training’ is set for Sun., April 7

Linden Oaks Behavioral Health, the City of Naperville and the DuPage Narcan Program are sponsoring “Overdose Prevention Bystander Training” from 1:30 to 3PM on Sunday, April 7, at the Naperville Public Library – 95th Street Library, 3015 Cedar Glade Rd.

The free session is for DuPage County residents to learn about the signs and symptoms of an opioid overdose, how to use the lifesaving antidote Narcan and community resources available.

Participants with an increased chance of witnessing an opioid overdose will have the option to receive a free box of Narcan.
