Mike Barbour, American Legion Post 43 Service Officer and VFW Post 3873 Service Officer, has announced that the Hines VA will offer a Caregiver Support Workshop at the Naperville Judd Kendall VFW Post 3873 from 10AM to 2PM on Thurs., March 30.
Two topics will be addressed at the workshop: “Managing Stress” and “Taking Care of Yourself.”
“We hope readers will pass this information on to any Veteran or their caregiver that would benefit,” said Barbour.
Lunch will be provided. Kindly RSVP so planners can prepare in advance.
Various resource information will be provided as well as workbooks for both topics.
Also, time will be allotted to ask questions.
