The community and friends of Safety Town are invited to celebrate and support the newly rededicated A. George and Patricia Pradel Safety Town of Naperville at a fundraiser gala from 6:30 to 10PM on Sat., January 30, 2016, at Cress Creek Country Club, 1215 Royal St. George Drive.
Above / Since May 17, 2015, Safety Town has been named to honor Mayor Emeritus George Pradel and Pat Pradel, pictured here with children Gary Pradel and Carol Pradel. Early August 29, 2015, Pat Pradel died after a long illness, having coped with the challenges of cancer for more than 20 years.
Danielle Tufano of 59.9 The River’s Mackay in the Morning Show will be serving as the event emcee.  Tickets are $70 per person and the event features cocktails, heavy Hors d’Oeuvres, auctions, raffles and entertainment by local favorite, the Darryl Armistead Duo.  
Above / Since 1993, the Safety Town Commission in conjunction with the Naperville Junior Woman’s Club has provided a place for children to learn the rules of the road and many other safety lessons.
All proceeds from the gala will benefit Naperville’s Safety Town, which is in need of significant repair, organizers said.
The public is welcome to help preserve the A. George and Patricia Pradel Safety Town of Naperville for generations to come and support innovative safety education for the youth of our community.
