WGN comedians set to stand up for Kidz Kabaret at Center Stage Theater

Above / Center Stage Theater, located at 1665 Quincy Ave., is the home of Kidz Kabaret.

On Sat., October 17, Center Stage Theater will host “Comedy Night,” a benefit for Kidz Kabaret, a non-audition children’s theater company for youngsters from elementary to college age.63kidz kabaret

“Comedy Night” will feature WGN comedians joined by Chicago comedian Mike Toomey to perform two shows, one beginning at 6:30PM and another at 8:30PM.

Advanced tickets are $25. Tickets at the door are $35.

WGN TV’s “The Morning Show Comedians,” will present an adult, PG-13 stand-up comedy routine – including topical issues and hysterical behind-the-scenes stories from the leading news station.

Performances will include WGN sports anchor Pat Tomasulo, “Around Town Reporter” and three-time Emmy Award winner Ana Belaval, and Chicago comedy club headliner, Mike Toomey.

Above / Center Stage Theater with its 250-seat theater welcomes all types family entertainment. Adult-PG-13 comedy is family entertainment, just not for little ones.

Doors will open 30 minutes prior to show time, featuring live music from Chicago Band, Mystery Crash!

Advance tickets are available online at centerstage.fairladyproductions.net.

Center Stage Theater is located at 1665 Quincy Ave., Suite 131, just west of Ogden Ave.

“Comedy Night” is presented by Fair Lady Productions and The Dolly McCarthy Show. Fifty percent of the proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Kidz Kabaret.
