Naperville Jaycees Roosters plan inaugural 5K run

-

Above / One of the most famous Roosters entertained spectators during the West Suburban Irish St. Patrick’s Parade in March. Oh! Naperville loves a parade, volunteers for the Naperville Jaycees and the Last Fling!

The Roosters of the Naperville Jaycees will host two runs on Monday before the Labor Day Parade, the final day of the four-day Last Fling held in downtown Naperville. The 2015 Last Fling will feature many new attractions as the popular end-of-summer family-friendly event celebrates 50 years.

In addition to the 12th Annual Fling Mile, the Rooster 5K will offer runners a choice of one, the other or both competitive events.
