Kennedy Junior High is set to celebrate its 25th anniversary on Jan. 5

Join Kennedy Junior High as the school begins to celebrate 25 years of educating students in Naperville Community Unit School District 203.  January 5, 2015, will represent the 25th anniversary of when Kennedy opened its doors.

To help commemorate this event, an all-school picture to be taken at 8AM on Mon., Jan. 5, at Kennedy Junior High, located at 2929 Green Trails Drive, Lisle, IL. The photo will include staff members and students holding commemorative anniversary pennants.

Kennedy is District 203’s newest junior high, opening in 1990.  Five of Kennedy’s teachers, Tony Scarpino, Mary Weber, Sandra Rapcan, Maureen Reinert, and Bob Rechenmacher, have taught at the school since its beginning.

Kennedy plans to have several opportunities throughout 2015 to celebrate a quarter of a century of teaching and learning.
