Neuqua Valley senior quarterback Broc Rutter and Metea Valley senior quarterback Kyle Mooney
Continuing his efficient play over the last four weeks, Broc Rutter completed 12 of his 14 passes for 263 yards and five touchdowns as Neuqua Valley won its fifth straight game, courtesy of a 54-29 victory over Bartlett. Meanwhile, Kyle Mooney got Metea Valley to the brink of postseason eligibility by tossing four touchdown passes in the Mustangs’ 48-6 rout of East Aurora. Mooney completed 11 of his 16 passes for 133 yards and the four TDs, all of which came in the first half.

Coleman Crouch’s pick and 61-yard return set up Benet’s final score with 2:55 to go in the game in a 24-21 Victory over Carmel, snapping a two-game loosing streak.
