Original Post, March 16, 2022 / ARES PRISM Software, the leader in helping large and megaproject-level construction projects deliver on time and on budget, has announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters from Burlingame, California, to Naperville, Illinois.
“I am pumped up to bring technology jobs to Naperville,” said Ryan Kubacki, CEO of ARES PRISM. “I joke that I moved our company from Silicon Valley to Silicon Prairie.”
A resident of Naperville since 2000, on and off, but mostly on, Kubacki has many reasons to be enthusiastic about establishing his hometown as the company’s official headquarters.
“There’s a great talent pool here in the ‘Silicon Prairie’ area, and Naperville is a convenient, central hub for our teams across North America,” Kubacki added. “The proximity to O’Hare Airport allows for easier travel for our international teams, too.”
The ARES PRISM project controls software suite is used on major capital projects across the world to manage project and program costs and budgets. Naperville native connects with ARES PRISM
Kubacki partnered with growth equity firm M33 Growth to buy ARES PRISM from founder Richard Stuart, an industry luminary who is now retiring. Kubacki is a proud co-investor in the business.

Headquarters located in landmark Metro West building
The new headquarters is on the tenth floor of the Metro West building and houses many of ARES PRISM’s senior executive team. Kubacki has hired seven Chicago-area residents in the past two months, including fellow Naperville resident Kurt Kauper as Chief Revenue Officer and Chris Anello as Vice President of Finance. The plan is to hire another fifteen team members in sales, marketing, and software engineering.
