Concerts in Your Park and Children’s Lunch Hour Entertainment schedules for summer 2021

Naperville Park District’s lineup of free, summer entertainment begins the week of June 13 with the kickoff of the Concerts in Your Park and Children’s Lunch Hour Entertainment series.

Concerts in Your Park brings family-friendly music by talented, local bands to different parks throughout the community on Sunday evenings at 7PM. The community is encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy seeing neighbors and friends, grab food from one of the food trucks on site or bring a picnic, and dance or simply listen to the music.

2021 Schedule

June 13 – Second Hand Soul Band at Queensbury Greens, 1520 Brookdale Rd.

June 27 – Johnny Russler & The Beach Bum Band at Meadow Glens Park, 1303 Muirhead Ave.

July 11 – Indie Kids Band at A. George Pradel Park, 4519 Pradel Dr.

July 18 – Spoken Four at Arrowhead Park, 711 Iroquois Ave.

July 25 – OMT at Gartner Park, 524 W. Gartner Rd.

Aug. 1 – Serendipity Band at Wolf’s Crossing Community Park, 3252 Wolf’s Crossing Road

Children’s Lunch Hour Entertainment provides fun, interactive shows for kids and their families on Tuesdays at 11:30AM. Locations alternate between the Riverwalk Grand Pavilion, located west of Centennial Beach at 912 Sindt Court, and the 95th Street Community Plaza at Frontier Sports Complex, located at 3109 Cedar Glade Drive.

Created in 1966, the Naperville Park District is an independent, municipal agency serving the recreation needs of its residents. Included within the District’s operations are two championship golf courses, a multitude of playgrounds, trails, athletic courts and sports fields, Fort Hill Activity Center, Knoch Knolls Nature Center, two inline skating and skateboarding facilities, the Millennium Carillon, a paddle boat quarry, historic Centennial Beach, and the beautiful Riverwalk.
