Multiple Naperville hotels have on-property meeting rooms and ballrooms. Right now, our venues are ensuring the health and safety of all those who visit.
The Chicago Marriott Naperville has “a wide variety of meeting rooms and ballrooms that can accommodate all social distancing guidelines to host your event,” says Kimberly Stafford, director of catering sales and event management.
Additionally, Hotel Indigo’s Elements on Water Street has two meeting rooms in which can accommodate various set-up styles. Located in the heart of downtown, this makes for convenience to local attractions and restaurants.
At Hotel Arista, both in-person and virtual meetings can be accommodated.
“We have the resources to provide professional live-streaming experiences that can broadcast to any platform,” says Cynthia Bock, vice president of sales and marketing. Bock adds there are many spaces around the hotel’s campus to socially distance, such as their 12th Floor Terrace, walking trails and floral gardens.
Various other hotels and venues, like the Embassy Suites, Holiday Inn Express, Courtyard by Marriott, Whirlyball, Meson Sabika, Maggiano’s and more make for the perfect meeting backdrop.
