Looking for a place to hold a meeting or conference outside the confines and comfort of your office can be a tricky feat. However, here in Naperville, it’s easy to accommodate your business meeting or conference in one of our larger hotels.
Each major hotel in Naperville offers the meeting essentials and hospitality you’ll need to make your event hassle-free: full-service catering, audio-visual and wireless high-speed Internet.
The Marriott Naperville can accommodate any size meeting from two people to a conference of 800 attendees. Attendees can keep fueled throughout the day with the on-campus Starbucks in the lobby. At the end of the day, meet your fellow attendees for a bite to eat and drink in Marriott’s restaurant, Artisan Table.
Hotel Arista is another hotel that has abundant meeting space, seating up to 300 attendees. After a long day of lectures and meetings, the Arista Spa and Salon offers a great place to relax. The CITYGATE campus also is home to many delicious and unique restaurants for a great dining and nightlife experience.
If you’re looking to host a meeting in downtown Naperville, Hotel Indigo is the way to go. Within Hotel Indigo is the meeting space known as Elements where 230 attendees can be accommodated sitting down. Afterward, venture downtown for a night stroll along the Riverwalk and then head back to Hotel Indigo for a drink at Plank Bar and Kitchen.
To accommodate larger attendee lists, Embassy Suites by Hilton Naperville can host up to 1,000 in its meeting space. The Embassy has its on-site Brickstones Grill restaurant and the hotel is surrounded by various restaurants in the Freedom Commons campus. Restaurant options are in abundance just steps from your conference.
Other hotels in the area also offer meeting space for more intimate gatherings. Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield Inn & Suites and Hampton Inn are just a few that can host business meetings.
Whether you’re planning a meeting for two people or 1,000 people, Naperville hotels are more than accommodating. Plus, meeting locally provides a boost to Naperville’s economy. Editor’s Note / On Oct. 7, Carlos Madinya and Madeline Klepec were featured speakers for the monthly meeting of IndieBound Naperville at Kreger’s Brat & Sausage House, 605 N. Ellsworth. During their presentation, Madinya and Klepec emphasized the services provided by the Naperville Convention & Visitors Bureau that include listings of restaurants at Dine Naperville and hotels at Visit Naperville.
The NCVB helps local businesses stay local to work, dine and play in this vibrant community rich in history and attractive amenities. Madinya presented a slide with their stated mission “to help plan and execute corporate meetings, association conferences, conventions, seminars and other types of social events.” And the guest speakers chimed in “class reunions” when Bill Kreger mentioned that reunion organizers often arrange gatherings for classmates at his location, known for its roots dating back to 1893.
