We’ve been really focused on getting our business to thrive. Cutting out the dead weight and items not selling, reorganizing, cleaning, relighting; creating our own loyalty club, kids club and more.
One of our ideas is the GeniusBark. Our staff has been well trained in everything we sell. We are known for finding the best possible food for your pets. On a daily basis we help people and their pets solve problems from behavior to food, solve fish and guinea pig issues, reptile stuff birds and more. In thinking of ways to compete with the internet (Chewy’s, Amazon), we realized the amount of experience we have in our staff. Jenny has 27-plus years at Dog Patch. I’ve been here nearly 25 years. Brynn has more than 15 years in the pet business. Sean was here before he was born. His mother ran things here (Molly). He literally grew up here. Hope has been here nearly six years.
These individuals are our management team. Our incredibly valuable staff has years and years of Dog Patch time served. We continue to educate and promote from within.
So we thought maybe people don’t know how we do what we do. We take your information and find the right diet, treats, supplements, toys and more. We teach our customers how to use what we sell. We carefully fit collars, harnesses and even boots and jackets. Do people know we have a generous return policy to satisfy two living beings? You are our customer. Your pet is our consumer. We know your pet gets the last word.
