Above / The community is encouraged to attend the public presentation of Community Survey results to be held Jan. 30, including Q&A, at the Naperville Municipal Center.
The City of Naperville invites the public to hear an overview of the results of the 2016 Community Survey at a public presentation on Mon., Jan. 30.
The meeting will begin at 7PM in Council Chambers of the Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St., and feature an overview of the survey results and the methodology used throughout the process. Attendees will have the chance to ask questions during a facilitated question and answer session.
“The Community Survey provides us with a wealth of feedback on our current operations as well as direction for the future,” said City Manager Doug Krieger. “The information is invaluable to us as an organization, and we look forward to sharing the results with the community and answering any questions residents might have.”
In 2016, the City worked with ETC Institute to administer the survey to randomly selected households across the City. The survey assessed satisfaction with the quality of City services and gathered input about community priorities. Complete survey results are available to view and download at www.naperville.il.us/2016communitysurvey.
In addition, paper copies are available at the City Clerk’s office in the Naperville Municipal Center.

For anyone who cannot attend in person, the January 30 presentation will be broadcast live on government access TV station WCNC (Ch. 6 – WOW, Ch. 10 – Comcast and Ch. 99 – AT&T) and streamed live via the City’s website at www.naperville.il.us/granicus.
