Start the weekend early! Pack a Picnic in the Park from Catch 35 and enjoy another concert in the open air. The Thursday night series of summer concerts with the 100-member band plays on this week.  On this crazy, lazy hazy dog day of summer, all your best friends are welcome to experience an ongoing tradition with family and neighbors. Take a blanket or a collapsible chair or plan to sit on the park benches. Concerts return every Thursday evening through August 18. The Naperville Municipal Band has been around since 1859!

Historic Trolley Tour of Naperville – 11AM | $15
Riverwalk Trolley Stop – Jackson at Eagle Street Naperville, IL 60540
Learn about old Naperville, and see the new Naperville! This one hour Historic Tour of Naperville blends the past with the present, highlight’s Naperville’s growth, and includes some fun stories! Offered every Friday, departing at 11AM during June, July, and August (and special dates/times may be added between September and December). Meet at the ‘Trolley Stop’ on Jackson Ave. at Eagle Street by 10:50AM. $15 per person, all ages. Trolley is fully enclosed and will run rain or shine, no refunds. It’s a ‘must do’ while in town! Naper Nights Community Concert Series – 5PM| $15/adult, $10/youth (4-12) Free admission for Naper Settlement members and children under 4
Naper Settlement – 523 S. Webster St Naperville, IL 60540
Naper Nights sets the stage for three summer weekends in June, July and August of nonstop music. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy music under the stars on the beautiful grounds of Naper Settlement throughout the summer. Childrens activities include Pinots Palette, Pro Martial Arts, SciTech and Bright Horizons. No outside food or beverages are allowed. OMT 6- 7:30PM. (Classic Rock to Today) Mike & Joe 8:15- 10PM. (Modern Pop & Rock) Food provided by Kick’s Chicken Caf, Beverages provided by Rodney Strong Vineyards and Bells Brewery. www.napersettlement.org. The concert series continues Saturday night at 5PM.

Casey’s Foods – 124 W. Gartner Rd. Naperville, IL 60540
Caseys Foods located at Naperville Plaza will be firing up its grill every Saturday and Sunday from 11AM to 2PM through October, weather permitting. Choose from a variety of options, including burgers, brats, tacos or the weekly special. Its great food, at a good price, in a fun atmosphere.

Pre-Registration Fee $50, Walk-In Registration Fee $60. Registration starts at 8AM and the Walk starts at 9AM. Join us on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at Naperville Pavilion (Riverwalk Grand Pavilion), Naperville, IL. Pancreatic Cancer Research Events are a great way to increase funding for research and raise awareness for pancreatic cancer. Lustgarten Foundation Events serve as a celebration of the progress being made in the fight against this disease, and your important participation provides hope for the future. Your reserved place in these special building tours allows you to come under the ropes to walk in the footsteps once trod by Napervilles early residents and engage with museum experts about the significance of each of the structures. In July, tour the Hobson Law Office within the Murray Building, led by the museums Curator of Research Bryan Ogg and guest tour guide Attorney Keith Letsche to learn about 19th century law practices. Letsche is a historian, an avid antiques collector and the former president of the DuPage County Historical Society, the Greater Chicago Chapter of the Victorian Society in America and the Garfield Heritage Society.
