Santa to visit the Naperville area this weekend

Now in its 13th year, Santa House is a favorite tradition in downtown Naperville, where the pavilion at the corner of Jackson Ave. and Webster St. is magically transformed into Santa’s Naperville headquarters, hosting visiting hours with Santa for children and families. Santa will be at the Riverwalk noon – 6PM this Saturday and Sunday. Admission to Santa House is free, with the option of purchasing photos with Santa for $8 each.

Breakfast with Santa at Hotel Arista

Join Santa for breakfast at Hotel Arista, 2139 CityGate Lane, from 8:30AM to 1PM on Saturday, Dec. 13 and 20. Children can mail a letter to the North Pole, get their picture taken with Santa, and take part in a number of activities to spread holiday cheer to all. A breakfast buffet and holiday entertainment is included in the cost. Children 5-12 $17, Adults $29, Children under 5 are free. For reservations, email santa@hotelarista.com. www.hotelarista.com.

Meet Mrs. and Mr. Claus

Local children are invited to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus at Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 13-14, 4100 Fox Valley Center Dr. in Aurora.   The couple will greet children from 11AM to 3PM on Saturday, Dec. 13 and from 1 to 4PM on Sunday, Dec. 14.  Admission is free.   Refreshments will include cookies and beverages for kids and adults.  www.foxvalleyrestore.org

Pictures with Santa at Quigley’s Irish Pub

Quigley’s Irish Pub again will ho-ho-host its annual free Pictures with Santa event from 10AM to 2PM on Sunday, Dec. 14, 43 E. Jefferson in downtown Naperville. The Pub will serve breakfast until noon. www.quigleysirishpub.com.
