Fireworks will launched north of the hot air balloon field. For your safety, please enjoy it from any of the locations on the Festival grounds. The fireworks will continue on the next two nights, July 4 and 5. (Also, July 4th will be presented and timed with a musical score).

Join us as Glen Ellyn lights up the skyline celebrating America’s birthday! Grab your blanket and be awed by this star spangled spectacle of fireworks. No blankets are allowed on Lake Ellyn Park until the park opens on July 4th at 6AM. Do not use rocks or stakes to hold blankets down and they should not be laid on landscape plants. The Glen Ellyn Forth of July Committee is offering special ‘Boomer Booster Seats’ on the Lake Ellyn boathouse dock.

This year’s July 4th Fireworks Celebration is bigger and better than ever with free family activities, great local food, live music, and a huge fireworks extravaganza.
