NCTV17 welcomes a pair of new board members

Naperville Community Television, Channel 17 (NCTV17) is welcoming two new members to its Board of Directors: Patrick Branham and Ann Edmonds.

board-Patrick BranhamPatrick Branham is the Chief Financial Officer of Aftermath Services LLC headquartered in Aurora. He has over 20 years of experience including extensive experience leading the finance, accounting, human resource, and legal operations of high growth organizations. Prior to joining Aftermath he was Chief Financial Officer of Rasmussen College for 10 years where he helped the College through tremendous growth. Prior to joining Rasmussen he was a Senior Manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Ernst & Young, a Big 4 public accounting firm. He is a CPA and earned a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Illinois State University and a MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Patrick lives in Naperville with his wife and three children.

board - Ann EdmondsAnn Edmonds is an attorney with the Naperville firm of Dommermuth, Cobine, West, Gensler, Philipchuck, Corrigan and Bernard, Ltd. Ann has a Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School and a BA from Washburn University. She has over 20 years of experience as an attorney in the field of construction law, land use and zoning, real estate, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation. Ann has served as a Naperville Planning Commissioner and Naperville Historic Sites Commissioner, and is active with the American Planning Association and the Chicago and Illinois Bar Associations. Naperville has been home to Ann and her two daughters for the past 17 years.

“The recent addition of Ann Edmonds and Patrick Branham to the NCTV17 Board helps to round out the knowledge and expertise of our Board in the legal and finance arenas. With their extensive public experiences, professional expertise, and their dedication to the Naperville community, we are very excited and happy to have them both join us in guiding the future of our community’s television station,” said NCTV17 Board President Tom Carroll.
