Above / Naperville Fine Art Center & Gallery is located at 508 N. Center Street and during its next exhibit, visitors will be welcomed by innovative fiber art creations such as “Green man,” felted wool art by Sharon Malec.
“Elements of Innovation” is the title of the latest Gallery show at Naperville Art League’s Fine Art Center & Gallery, 508 N. Center Street, just off Fifth Avenue, in Naperville. The exhibit features original art quilts, felted wool creations, and beaded jewelry made by a group of artists called the Fiber Art Divas. The show features more than 30 pieces.
Admission is free. Hours are 10AM to 5PM Tuesday through Friday, and 10AM to 4PM Saturday, The show runs through Nov. 11.
A reception, open to the public, will be hosted from 2 to 4PM Sun., Oct. 29, 2017. Techniques used by the artists will be demonstrated during the reception. Refreshments will be served.
Fiber Art Divas meets the fourth Monday of each month, except December, at the Naperville Fine Art Center & Gallery. Meetings are open to anyone interested in fiber art.
