The Naperville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 7PM Tues., March 3, in City Council Chambers.
Three ordinances advanced to City Council by the Liquor Commission last month will receive their first readings.
- Conduct the first reading of an ordinance amending Section 1 of Chapter 3, Title 3 and amending Chapter 9 of Title 4 of the Naperville Municipal Code adding regulations concerning the sale, possession and use of alternative nicotine products.
- Conduct the first reading of an ordinance amending Section 11 of Chapter 3, Title 3 of the Naperville Municipal Code to accommodate the Naperville Park District’s request to create a liquor license for its Riverwalk Eatery.
- Conduct the first reading of an ordinance amending Section 5 of Chapter 3, Title 3 of the Naperville Municipal Code modifying the restriction that prohibits elected public officials from having any interest in the sale of alcohol.
