Loaves & Fishes Community Services announced in early December that President and CEO Charles McLimans had resigned to accept a position with Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, part of a nationwide network of food banks with which Loaves & Fishes is closely affiliated.
Megan Selck will step up from her role as Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Loaves & Fishes to serve as interim President and CEO until the Board of Directors appoints a permanent replacement.
Working alongside with McLimans since 2012, Selck, a resident of Elburn, appears well-poised to take on her new position and responsibilities. Building upon her success in leadership roles prior to joining Loaves & Fishes, Selck has been instrumental in launching Loaves & Fishes’ first public Power of Community campaign. She also has been integral in the development of the organization’s long-term strategic plan.
Peggy Beata is the current chairman of the 22-member board of directors.
