Author and comedian Adam Carolla will discuss his new book President Me: The America That’s in My Head at Pfeiffer Hall, 310 E. Benton Ave., on the campus of North Central College in Naperville. Moderating the program is Sun Times Film Critic Richard Roeper. Tickets are required, and are available at Anderson’s Bookshop, 123 W. Jefferson Ave. with the purchase of President Me from Anderson’s Bookshop. Additionally, one $10 companion ticket is offered with the purchase of the first ticket. Naperville Memorial Day Parade 2013 (20)

Monday

Naperville Memorial Day Parade – 10:30AM
Downtown Naperville
The parade route steps off at Jackson Avenue and West Street, proceeds east to Washington Street, north to Benton, east to Court Place, and east to parking lot at SS. Peter & Paul Church.  The Parade Marshall is Jack Shiffler and the Officer of the Day is Cliff Preston. A 30-minute patriotic ceremony beginning at 12:15PM will feature an award-winning oratory by 15-year-old Savvy Raghuvanshi with music by the Naperville Municipal Band and the Neuqua Valley Treble Choir. The Memorial Day Observance will be held at the Community Concert Center in Central Park, Benton and Court streets.
