The health and welfare of Busey associates and customers are always at the forefront of all decisions. As concerns continue to grow with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the bank is dedicated to doing what is best for Busey’s Pillars—associates, customers, shareholders and communities.
Drive-up Window Service Only until further notice
Out of an abundance of caution, Busey will begin serving customers from our drive-ups and temporarily suspend lobby services at all Busey branch locations—effective Thurs., March 19, until further notice. While the bank plans to return to normal lobby operations as soon as possible, this timeline is dependent on public health conditions.
While the lobby is closed, Busey’s drive-up, ATMs, online banking services and Customer Care team remain available for assistance. Additionally, Naperville customers are encouraged to call either local branch where the team you know and trust is available.
Drive-up window hours are 8AM to 5PM weekdays and 9AM to noon on Saturdays in Naperville Plaza.
In addition to its Naperville Plaza location, Washington at 24 W. Gartner, (630) 357-3810; Busey is located in downtown Naperville along Water Street at 404 S. Main Street, (630) 696-4258.
Busey ATMs, located outside of branch lobbies, are always accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Online Banking Services
Busey advisors are available to answer questions, especially during times of crisis and uncertainty. Additional news and updates will be shared through email, social media and at busey.com/communityhealth.

Around the square at Oswald’s Pharmacy in Naperville Plaza
Bill Anderson at Oswald’s Pharmacy has announced new hours beginning March 19. Hours temporarily will be 9AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday; and 9AM to 3PM Saturday and Sunday.
“We will be reducing our hours and are pleading with our customers to only come into the store if it is vital to your health and/or the health of your family,” Anderson said. “For the safety of our customers and our staff, we strongly recommend our customers to take us up on the option for deliveries and curbside pickups.”
Oswald’s staff is available to do shopping for customers and deliver it either to the parking lot in Naperville Plaza or to the customer’s home.
Prescription delivery to Naperville customers, as always, is free of charge. Some restrictions apply. All deliveries must be prepaid and will be delivered to the front door. The goal is 100 percent contactless deliveries.
