Naperville Festivals, Traditions & Special Events for 2017

Above / Naperville loves its music! The annual Tuba Christmas arranged by the Naperville Municipal Band in downtown Naperville and at the Fox Valley Mall celebrates resounding joy performed by musicians of all ages on the first Saturday in December. Thanks also to all marching bands from local middle and high schools to the Naperville Municipal Band for the rousing music that prompts cheers from spectators throughout the parade season!

Above / The first parade of the year is the St. Patrick’s Parade beginning at 10AM Sat., March 11, 2017, in downtown Naperville. Hosted by the West Suburban Irish, the sounds of bag pipers and the steps of the McNulty Irish Dancers will entertain spectators. Collectible scarves with an Irish theme also will be sold along the parade route for $5 each. Think green and sunshine!

Welcome! Celebrate safely.

Longstanding events posted here are open to the public, providing plenty of happenings featuring local culture and community spirit in Naperville.
