Summer is often a time to slow down, relax, and enjoy longer days with family and friends. While many people set fitness goals leading into the season, the real challenge is maintaining healthy habits throughout the summer months.

Whether you’ve reached your “summer body” goals or are simply looking to stay active, remember that movement doesn’t have to mean spending hours in the gym. Take a walk around your neighborhood, go for a bike ride, enjoy a swim, explore a local trail, or join a group fitness class. Staying active helps boost energy, improve mood, and make the most of everything summer has to offer.

National Night Out at Fry Family YMCA

Then, stick around as we cap off the evening with an outdoor movie at dusk. We hope you’ll join us for a memorable night celebrating community, safety, and summer fun.
