Join the Jaycees as they celebrate the strength of Naperville’s workforce by participating in the Labor Day Parade beginning at 10AM on Monday, Sept. 7.
Called the largest in the State of Illinois, organizers note the Naperville Jaycees Labor Day Parade has been a favorite for area residents for more than 60 years! Always growing, and now attended annually by spectators numbering in the tens of thousands, this popular parade which recognizes trade and labor organizations, city employees, schools and local businesses is a great way to not only say “thank you” to American workers and their families, but also to the can-do spirit of the community at large.
The Last Fling Labor Day Parade starts its journey at 10AM on Labor Day Mon., Sept. 7, 2026. The parade follows a path beginning near Naperville North High School, along Mill Street, through Downtown Naperville to Main Street to Porter Avenue and ending near Naperville Central High School.

The Naperville Jaycees are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees of the Last Fling. As in prior years, the organization is working closely with Naperville Emergency Response Teams to ensure the most up-to-date security measures are instituted in effort to achieve a secure and enjoyable Labor Day Weekend for volunteers, participants and patrons.
