Arts DuPage, a countywide arts council under the umbrella of DuPage Foundation, is celebrating a milestone this year – its 10th anniversary. To mark the occasion, Arts DuPage is dedicating each month in 2026 to a different art form across its artsdupage.org website, newsletters and social media. This initiative is one of the many ways the organization champions arts and culture in DuPage County and draws attention to the abundance of activities available to residents right in their own neighborhoods.
June has been designated Museum Month, and the spotlight falls on those institutions that “research, collect, conserve, interpret, and exhibit tangible and intangible heritage, offering experiences for education, enjoyment, reflection, and knowledge sharing,” as defined by the International Council of Museums. One need not look any further than Naperville to find one of DuPage’s most notable venues of its kind. With its signature events and strong programming, Naper Settlement has earned the title of the largest and most visited cultural museum in the county.
And it is no wonder. Naper Nights, one of Naper Settlement’s major attendance drivers, draws an estimated 17,000 music lovers to the site during its three-weekend concert series.
As the season kicks off on June 19, Naper Nights continues its tradition of featuring national-caliber tribute bands and welcomes R-E-S-P-E-C-T: A Tribute to Aretha Franklin and the Sly & the Family Stone Tribute by Bumpus. These two high-energy, crowd-pleasing bands will light up the night with soul, R&B, funk, and psychedelic pop. On June 20, the energy shifts to hard rock and heavy metal with the AC/DC Tribute by DOWN/POUR and the Ozzy Osbourne Tribute by Crazy Train, guaranteeing a night filled with loud, tight and easily recognizable tunes that will ignite the crowd.
The music continues for two more weekends throughout the summer: July 17 and 18, and August 14 and 15. Attendees are advised to bring chairs and get ready for a one-of-a-kind concert experience. Food trucks, restaurants and businesses will be on site to add to the fun.
Doors open at 5PM, the music starts at 6PM and 8PM. Admission is $15-$25 (free for children under 4), and tickets are available at napersettlement.org and at the door. Naper Settlement is located at 425 S. Webster Street.
