The Naperville Municipal Band popular Thursday Night Summer Concert Series in Central Park invites residents and visitors to enjoy free live music in downtown Naperville all summer long.
Free summer concerts in Naperville every Thursday night
The 2026 summer season runs every Thursday at 7:30PM from June 4 through August 13 in Central Park. The long-running concert series offers a family-friendly way to enjoy summer evenings, whether you bring a picnic, relax on a blanket, or settle in with lawn chairs and friends.
Note! A special “Kids Concert” will begin at 7PM on June 11 to welcome families with small children. Other highlights include “Happy 250th America,” a concert featuring cannons with the 1812 Overture on July 2, and a special “Fireworks Concert” will be held at the Wagner Pavilion at Frontier Park prior to the Naperville fireworks on July Fourth.
Concerts are presented on stage in the Naperville Community Concert Center, located at 104 E. Benton Ave., behind U.S. Bank near the intersection of Washington Street and Jefferson Avenue. The setting has become a favorite seasonal tradition for neighbors, families and music lovers across the community right in the heart of downtown Naperville.
Admission is free, making the Naperville Municipal Band Summer Concert Series one of the most accessible and anticipated summer events in Naperville. Concertgoers are encouraged to arrive early to find a good spot and enjoy an evening of live outdoor music in the park.
