Naperville Art League Celebrates 15 Years of Open Studio Sessions

-

The Naperville Art League marks its 15th year of hosting Open Studio art sessions.

Artists meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30PM at the Naperville Fine Art Center & Gallery classroom to work on their own projects in a relaxed atmosphere. Attendees enjoy the flexibility of the Open Studio setting and receive inspiration from classmates. The Open Studio is designed to enable attendees to join a session when it fits their schedule.

“Attendees bring their art, supplies and creativity!” noted Linda VanderKolk for the art league.

The Naperville Art League Open Studio was started in March 2011 by NAL members Dorota Genser and Margaret Swedzikowski. The group welcomes artists of all skill levels.
Individual sessions are $5 each. A 10-session punch card is available to Naperville Art League members for $30 and non-members for $40.

Naperville Art League, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, is located at 508 N. Center Street. For more information, contact (630) 355-2530 or visit www.napervilleartleague.com.

An ombudsman is Scandinavian in origin dating back to Viking times; and refers to a community representative; usually acting independently on behalf of an organization, body of elected officials, or civic group. Thanks Scandinavia for inventing ombudsman.
