New Mural ‘Glow’ Installation Begins to Illuminate Downtown Naperville / 8AM / Installation of Glow by Maddie Peterson begins about 8AM and runs until approximately 1PM. Organized by the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, the bell ringing is reminiscent of the church bells that rang in Philadelphia when the Constitution was signed in 1787.
