Serendipity Resale Shop Benefits Little Friends, Inc. / 10AM-5PM / Volunteers give time to benefit Little Friends, recognized as a leading service provider for children, adults and families challenged by autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities. Look for folks with clipboards collecting signatures! / It’s now petition-signing time to help hopefuls get enough signatures for their names to be placed on the ballot for the Primary Election on March 17, 2026. Watch for volunteers with clipboards in public places such as local libraries and farmer’s markets. Get to know potential candidates who aim to appear on the midterm general election in Nov. 3, 2026. Thanks to all registered voters and volunteers who assist! Note also that signing a petition simply helps a candidate get the required number of signatures to be placed on the Primary ballot. Signing doesn’t mean you necessarily will support that candidate in the midterm election. Naperville Riverwalk Pickers / 9:30AM / The Naperville Riverwalk Pickers will strum their hum-along music, sometimes with accompaniment of a harmonica, from 9:30AM to 11AM Saturdays, weather permitting, in the Free Speech Pavilion located near the Civic Plaza with the Dandelion Fountain, Jackson at Webster streets in downtown Naperville. When time permits while visiting downtown Naperville to shop and dine, the Riverwalk welcomes folks to the city’s natural treasure where can-do spirit is on display from the Jefferson Avenue Bridge to the Hillside Road Bridge, all along the path of serpentine-shaped bricks.
