Test Drive for Autism Awareness / Turning Pointe is partnering with local car dealerships including Naperville Toyota, Naperville Chevrolet, Lexus of Naperville, and Woodfield Lexus, as part of the “Test Drives for Autism Awareness” campaign. For every test drive taken at participating dealerships this month, $20 will be donated to Turning Pointe Autism Foundation, supporting their vital programs and services for individuals with Autism. Test Drive on all weekdays and Saturdays, too. Remember that car dealerships are closed on Sundays.

Naperville Chorus presents ‘Ein Deutsches Requiem’ / 3PM / Wentz Concert Hall – 171 E. Chicago Ave. Naperville, IL 60540 / $25-30 / Join the Naperville Chorus for an evening to remember as they perform “Ein deutsches Requiem” by Johannes Brahms. This German Requiem, composed shorting after the death of Brahms’ mother, contrasts with earlier requiems by focusing on the living, with a theme of the transition from anxiety to comfort. Annual American Legion Past Commanders Dinner / 5:30PM / The Annual Past Commanders Dinner when the 2025 Citizen of the Year will be honored is set to begin with a social hour at 5:30PM Sat., April 26. Dinner buffet will be served at 6:30PM. American Legion Dinners are held monthly, September through April, and reservations are accepted until the Wednesday prior to the dinner. Dinners are catered and held in Kendall Hall, located at 908 W. Jackson Avenue.
