Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce Welcomes New Board Members

The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce (NACC) has announced the appointment of its 2025 Board Chair and Vice Chair, as well as the addition of eight new Board Members. These changes reinforce the Chamber’s mission to move Business Forward toward an engaged, thriving community by being Your Advocate and Your Resource for Our Community. 

Leading the NACC Board of Directors in 2025 is Mario Lambert, Vice President of Populus Group, who assumes the role of Board Chair. Lambert brings a wealth of experience in business operations and leadership.

“Building on the strong foundation set by past leadership, our responsibility is to continue moving Business Forward,” said Lambert.  ‘With a dedicated group of leaders who genuinely care about our community, we have the opportunity to learn from one another, support each other, and elevate an already thriving Chamber to new heights.” 

Joining Lambert on the Executive Committee is Patti Minglin, CEO of Go Girl Communications, who will serve as Vice Chair and Secretary.

“I’m excited to work alongside Mario and the entire Executive Committee in 2025 to guide the Chamber in serving its Members. It’s an honor to collaborate with such a dedicated group of leaders, and I look forward to contributing to the growth and success of our business community,” Minglin said. 

The following individuals have joined the NACC Board of Directors for the term January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2027: 

Atusa Freyer, Director of Marketing, Naperville Country Club; Dr. David Green, Dean of the School of Business and Entrepreneurship, North Central College; Dr. Phillip Hardy, Director of Innovation & Strategic Partnerships, Benedictine University; Jenna Mandolini, Director of Sales & Marketing, CityGate Hospitality. 

Dave Scriven-Young, Senior Counsel, O’Hagan Meyer; Matt Shipley, Chief Business Officer, Indian Prairie School District 204; Scott Tice, Vice President of Business Banking, PNC Bank; and Mike Varon, Strategic Advisor, Innovation DuPage. 

These accomplished professionals join an outstanding Board of Directors, which now totals 25 Members.

The 2025 NACC Board of Directors includes return of many valued leaders:

Mike Bakker, President of Dutchman Heating & Cooling; Michele Clemen, Community Manager of Everleigh by Greystar; Jacque Clermont, Director of Community Relations of Naperville Community Unit District 203; Charles Cole, Chief Financial Officer of Diverse Facility Solutions;

Monica Conners, President of Naperville Development Partnership; Jessica Cunningham, Senior Director of International Motors; Cheryl Denton, Regional Manager of Nicor Gas; Kristen Jungles, CEO and Founder of Jungles Group at Keller Williams; Nicolle Lamb, CEO and Founder of Lane Marketing; Katie McGovern, Senior Vice President of Endeavor Health;

Allan Noworul, Bank Manager of BMO; Chris Phalon, Financial Advisor of Edward Jones; Brittany Roback, Founder & Therapist of BR Counseling; PC, Donna Ufnal, Vice President & Market Manager of Naperville Bank & Trust; and Katie Wood, Executive Director of Downtown Naperville Alliance.
