DuPage County Seeks Feedback: FY2025 Budget Survey

DuPage County Report

Wheaton – DuPage County residents can share their views regarding programs and initiatives important to them by completing the County’s annual budget survey, which is available online.

Residents may take the brief survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/FY25BudgetSurvey.

In March, the County Board approved a new strategic plan. As part of the budgeting process for FY 2025, residents may now share their thoughts on where the Board should make investments related to those strategic objectives. The information helps shape the next year’s budget, determining spending levels for the County’s various programs.

“As County elected officials and staff members plan for Fiscal Year 2025, it’s important that we hear from our residents. We believe the public’s feedback is a valuable component as we make decisions allocating funds to various initiatives. This is a great opportunity to share your thoughts and priorities with the Board so that we can carefully consider options that impact our families and the community,” said Finance Committee Chairwoman Liz Chaplin.

DuPage County’s next fiscal year begins on Dec. 1, 2024. County Board Chair Deborah Conroy will present her proposed FY2025 budget plan to the County Board on Sept. 24.
