Update, March 14, 2024 / With Naper Settlement’s 13-acre museum campus as a learning laboratory, summer day campers will explore history, art, science, and more. Every unique day camp provides an immersive learning experience that will capture young imaginations while strengthening critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Just three camps for summer 2024 remain open: Sports Camp II, Sew Cool Camp and Coding II. See all choices below that indicate what’s offered this summer to inspire early sign up next summer.
Original Post, Feb. 6, 2024 / Naper Settlement again will come alive with summertime opportunities to experience Camp Naper at the city’s outdoor history museum in downtown Naperville. The 13-acre museum campus will serve as a showcase and learning laboratory for day-campers to explore history, art, science and more.
“Whether taking a blast to the past or a dive under the sea, each of our unique day camps provides an immersive learning experience that will capture your child’s imagination while strengthening their critical thinking and problem-solving skills,” organizers say.
Camp hours are 9AM to 3PM. Early drop-off begins at 8AM for no additional fee. Camp activities do not start officially until 9AM.
Registration is now open for Camp Naper with choices of 3-day and 5-day camps. Families interested in camps for youth are advised to sign up as soon possible as camps fill up fast.
Located in the heart of Naperville at 523 S. Webster Street at Aurora Avenue, across from the Naperville Municipal Center, Naper Settlement also is just steps away from the Riverwalk as well as dining and shopping in downtown.
