8th Grade Boys invited to take Scholarship Qualifying Entrance Exam at Marmion Academy

Above / Marmion Academy located in Aurora, Illinois, will host Scholarship Entrance Exam for 8th grade boys on Sat., Dec. 2, 2023.

Aurora, IL – All 8th grade boys are invited to take the first step to becoming a Marmion Cadet by taking the Scholarship Qualifying Entrance Exam beginning at 9AM on Sat., Dec. 2, 2023.

To register for the exam, complete the online application at www.marmion.org/exam.

Fourteen four-year scholarships ($328,000 total value) will be awarded to students based on exam scores. In addition, a $1,000 scholarship for the 2024-25 school year will be awarded to every student who scores 90 percent or above on the exam.

The exam must be taken at Marmion on Dec. 2, 2023, to qualify for scholarships.

Marmion’s campus is located at 1000 Butterfield Road in Aurora.

Parents invited to continental breakfast while students test

While students are taking the exam, parents are invited to join members of Marmion’s administration, faculty, and staff for a continental breakfast and an informal Q&A beginning at 9AM. Parents in attendance will be entered into a drawing for two $500 tuition deposit vouchers (valid for the 2024-2025 school year).
