Fort Hill Fitness plans Friday Night Dance Party November 17

-

The Friday Night Dance Party returns to Fort Hill Activity Center from 7 to 9PM on Fri., Nov. 17. The event is open to anyone age 15 and up. Fort Hill Fitness instructors will lead the dance styles, including Body Jam, Zumba and Zumba Gold. No experience is needed; participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and shoes and be ready to have fun as they learn new dance moves, get a great workout and meet lots of friendly people.

The dance party will be held in the gymnasiums at Naperville Park District’s Fort Hill Activity Center, 20 Fort Hill Drive. Light refreshments will be served from 9 to 9:30PM.
Dancing provides many health benefits, such as increasing strength, flexibility, and balance, boosting memory and confidence and reducing stress, noted Wellness Manager Kim Mont.

Online registration information is available at www.napervilleparks.org. The per-person fee is $15 for Naperville residents and $20 for nonresidents, with discounts available for seniors and Fort Hill Fitness members.
