The Y – Happy autumn, Naperville

Here at the Fry Family YMCA, we know how busy life can get this time of year with the start of school and the rapidly approaching holidays. That’s why our sports programs are designed to help people foster healthy habits and stay active during the fall season. And with our wide variety of offerings, there’s sure to be something for you and your family.

Did you know that learning a new sport has a whole host of benefits — both physically and cognitively? Our youth sports clinics encourage young athletes to take on fun, exciting challenges to build endurance, speed, strength, mental toughness, and more. This season, we’re offering basketball, volleyball, and badminton clinics for youth and teens.

There’s no better place to learn new skills and refine existing ones than at the Y, where our experienced coaches promote a supportive environment perfect for instilling confidence and a lifelong passion for physical activity and wellbeing!

Also, the Fry Family Y is once again partnering with Serving Up Hope to provide beginner tennis lessons! Serving Up Hope, a nonprofit founded by Vania King, has trained our instructors and provided all tennis clinic materials so students have the opportunity to learn the technique and skills of professional tennis players.

Or do you have a young basketball enthusiast at home who is eager to take their skills to the next level? Our youth and teen basketball leagues are an excellent opportunity for players to refine their game and experience the thrill of competitive play while learning the value of teamwork, discipline, and resilience.

But that’s not all! The Fry Family Y is also excited to share that we have drop-in badminton for everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned badminton player or new to the sport, these sessions are an excellent opportunity for people of all ages to stay active, have fun, and meet new and old friends. And the best part? It’s free for Y members!

We can’t wait to see you!
