Brats at Kreger’s / 10AM to 3PM Fridays and Saturdays / Kreger’s Brat and Sausage Haus, 606 N. Ellsworth / Stop by for lunch, conversation and camaraderie. Plan a barbecue and pick up handcrafted bratwurst for the grill. Plan ahead for Labor Day Weekend grilling, too. And be sure to tell Bill Kreger that you know his wurst is the best. Naperville Park District Night at the Movies /  7:30PM – “Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile” will be presented at the 95th Street Community Plaza, at 3109 Cedar Glade Dr. FREE. Attendees may bring snacks, along with portable chairs or blankets for seating.

Naperville Farmers Market / 7AM to Noon at Fifth Avenue Station – 200 East 5th Ave. Naperville, IL 60540 / The Farmers Market runs June through November with June-November we host 50-plus vendors every Saturday 7AM-noon.

Disability Awareness / 2-4PM at White Eagle Clubhouse – 4265 White Eagle Drive Naperville, IL 60564 /  Chris Lenart and Sunita Patel are guest speakers. Chris Lenart has Cerebral Palsy and has overcome many challenges by advocating for himself and others. Sunita Patel is part is the Vice-Chair of SIBS (Supporting Illinois Brothers and Sisters) and will talk about the caregiving role of a sibling. Come listen and learn. If you are comfortable, you are welcome to join in the conversation to share your own story as well. Chris will have some copies of his book, “They Said We Couldn’t”, available for sale at the event.
