Meetings are back in full-swing, and Naperville has the amenities, flexibility, and range of options to make it an ideal meeting destination!
Naperville’s full-service hotels are a great choice for large meetings and events. The Marriott can seat over 500 guests, and the Hotel Arista and the Embassy Suites have over 15,000 and 14,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, respectively. Hotel Indigo partners with Elements banquet venue, which can accommodate 10 to 100 people in private meeting space, and 230 guests in their ballroom.
Naperville also has several excellent large meeting venues not directly connected to hotels. We have two new locations in this category that are opening soon, The Crawford and The Matrix Club!
The Crawford, located at 119 Shuman Blvd., is a new elegant and modern venue with a 250-person ballroom and an outdoor patio that holds 140 guests. Easily customizable to fit your needs, it’s perfect for corporate meetings, social events or weddings.
The Matrix Club, located at 808 Route 59, is a new high-end convention center, banquet and performance venue that offers over 25,000 sq. ft. of total meeting space with indulgent hospitality options and state-of-the-art technology.
The NIU Naperville Conference Center is another incredibly flexible venue with a theater style auditorium, a pillar-free ballroom and ample meeting rooms that can accommodate everything from a 300-person annual gala to a 10-person training session.
Mesón Sabika also has an event venue, the Pavilion at Mesón Sabika, that can host groups up to 300 for a seated meal, with beautiful outdoor spaces available as well.
Local attractions are also a great option for meetings. TopGolf has multiple meeting spaces, including a rooftop terrace and the option for a full venue buyout. Whirlyball has a variety of flexible meeting spaces, offers team building/event packages, and can host up to 240 guests.
