Calamos Real Estate LLC today announced Simpson Technologies Corporation will relocate its headquarters and Tech Center from Aurora, IL, to CityGate Centre in Naperville.
Simpson will occupy 9,349 square feet at 2135 CityGate Lane. The 10-year lease will commence by Nov. 1, 2023, and will bring the Class-A building to 88 percent occupancy. The lease was brokered by Patrick Commercial Real Estate for Simpson and by Calamos Real Estate for CityGate Centre.
An innovator in process and control technology for the global foundry and process industries for more than a century, today tens of thousands of Simpson machines are installed in foundries and process locations worldwide: in over 65 countries and serving over 100 different industries.

While commercial tenants gravitate to the accessible location, ample parking, food options and workout facilities, the variety of office space options available is another draw to the location.
